World editor Dan Tynan listed the top five things the iPhone 2.0 must have. Number one on the list, a bigger keyboard. Tynan, in his tongue in cheek humble appeal, said thumb typists are tapping their fingers in frustration, and linked to a PC World study that found even the most dexterous text message warriors took twice as long to text and made more errors using the tiny, touchscreen, keyboard.
Other iPhone issues Tynan wanted addressed immediately included the speed of internet access, the lack of a GPS chip and poor multimedia tools.
