If you’ve got $2.5 million lying around and have always wanted to own a town, you should head over to eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) and make a bid for Albert, Texas, a 13-acre town just 50 uneventful flat miles north of San Antonio.
Eric Meissner, co-listing agent said Albert qualifies as a town since it once had a post office. Owner Bobby Cave, a 47 year old real estate agent, considers the town a piece of art more than a piece of property, and says it’s a concept that is “one of a kind.”
