 The WashingtonPost.com reports that In-Q-Tel has hired Christopher A. R. Darby as their new chief executive, a former manager at Intel Corp. (INTC) with a background in cyber security. In-Q-Tel, an Arlington-based not-for-profit organization, was created by the CIA in 1999 to help the intelligence agency gain access to advanced technologies being developed by entrepreneurial companies in places such as Silicon Valley.
